Robotic Targets

A step forward in the live fire training environment enhancing realism through semi-autonomous robotic targets with interactive behaviour and unpredictable reactions and movements. An intelligent robotic target system, versatile, realistic that is easy to operate.

Taking marksmanship to the next level, from static and predictable target reactions and patterns, to more realistic and immersive live fire training. The intelligent robotic target system, versatile, realistic and easy to operate. The Polytronic Robotic Target enables the end-user to create realistic live fire scenario-based training activities in a range of different environments. The Polytronic RT-program matches the individual requirements of all different end-users by being modular and scalable at the same time.

The RT-M, the flagship of its family, is a semi-autonomous scalable Robotic Target system, designed to add a new level of realism to today’s live-fire training. It is the ideal target for either indoor or outdoor advanced shooting practices or complex live-fire scenarios by day and night. This rugged, highly agile Robotic Target is ballistically rated up to 7.62mm NATO ammunition and fitted with a zonal shot detection system. The LIDAR and GPS navigation system ensures it can navigate accurately and detect and avoid obstacles.

RT-CQB

The RT-CQB is the compact version of the RT-M. With a reduced footprint, it is the ideal platform for indoor combat ranges. The RT-CQB is fitted with a collapsing target mechanism, making it suitable for use in confined spaces. Just like the RT-M, the robot is ballistically rated up to 7.62mm NATO and fitted with a zonal shot detection system.

RT-M6

The RT-CQB is the compact version of the RT-M. With a reduced footprint, it is the ideal platform for indoor combat ranges. The RT-CQB is fitted with a collapsing target mechanism, making it suitable for use in confined spaces. Just like the RT-M, the robot is ballistically rated up to 7.62mm NATO and fitted with a zonal shot detection system.

Command & Control - CnC

The RT’s capabilities are easily controlled via the CnC which pleases the operator with an intuitive and logical user interface for control of a group of up to 4 Robotic Targets. More complex scenarios with integration of static or portable targets are supported by AROS, providing seamless integration of the Robotic Targets into bigger range infrastructure such as MTRs or CQB ranges.
